ITBP activates its Covid Care Centre at Chhawla for serving personnel & veterans

New Delhi, Apr 16 (UNI) The Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) on Friday said that it has activated all its medical set up and activated Covid Care Centre at Chhawla for serving and veterans following the second surge of Covid 19 pandemic.
In a letter written to all its personnel, the Force DG Surjeet Singh Deswal said “A helpline is being started in this regard. A Covid Care Centre has been made functional at Chhawla campus. It is fully equipped. We are always concerned and committed to take care of our veterans and their families. These facilities are available to our veterans also”.
Noting that these are again challenging times for the country in view of second assault by Covid19, he further said “We are warriors, and will fight it out by following the Covid19 safety protocols. Please don't take chance. Himveers have to save other citizens also by rendering all help”.
