It's official: All disqualified MLAs to join BJP tomorrow

Bengaluru, Nov 13 (UNI) All the 17 Congress and JD(S) MLAs, who were disqualified by the Karnataka Speaker, K R Ramesh Kumar in July this year would formally join the Bharatiya Janata Party tomorrow, Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa announced here on Wednesday.
Speaking to newsmen, after attending a core committee of the party here he said that " It was decided to admit the disqualified MLAs, to the party fold in today’s meeting."
Informing that the state party president Nalin Kumar Kateel, had appointed party incharge for all the Assembly segments, which goes bypoll on December-5 he said that “A final decision will be taken tomorrow on naming the party candidates for the byelections”.
Hinting that all those who had deserted their parent Congress and the JD(S) party recently and helped to form the BJP to come to power in Karnataka, would get party ticket to contest, he said that “the disqualified MLAs, had also met senior party leaders in Delhi on Wednesday”.
He said that former Minister Aravind Limbavali, has been named as ‘overall incharge to oversee the party’s campaign for the Assembly byelections”.
