Raipur/New Delhi, Apr 25 (UNI) Home Minister Rajnath Singh today described the Naxal attack on CRPF jawans which claimed 25 lives as a 'cold-blooded' murder, and said an appropriate response to it would be given to it in due course. The whole anti-Left Wing Extremism strategy would be reviewed at meeting to be held in Delhi on May 8, the Home Minister told reporters. He said yesterday’s strike was an act of cowardice, which showed the desperation of Naxals in the wake of the operations against them. The Home Minister while replying to a question, denied that his Ministry thought that there was any lack of leadership in the CRPF. He said Naxals were trying to hamper development by making tribals as their shield. The Home Ministry has sought a report from the CRPF DG over the incident which is one of the most severe strikes from Maoists in the state. Earlier, the Home Minister paid tribute to the CRPF martyres at Sukma. More UNI NAZ/DEVN AE ADG 1246
