ISSF World Cup: Jitu Rai wins bronze in 10m air pistol event

New Delhi, Feb 28 (UNI) Ace India shooter Jitu Rai bagged bronze medal in the men’s 10m air pistol category in the ongoing International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) World Cup at the Dr Karni Singh Shooting Range here today.
The 29-year old scored a total of 216.7 points in the final round to finish third.
On the other side, Tomoyuki Matsuda from Japan won the gold with a world record score of 240.1 while Rio Olympic Games champion Vinh Xuan Hoang from Vietnam clinched silver with a total of 236.6.
