Islamic culture promoted in govt schools during SP regime: BJP

Lucknow, July 24 (UNI) Alleging that Islamic culture was promoted in government schools during Samajwadi Party (SP) regime, Uttar Pradesh Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) spokesperson Shalabh Mani Tripathi said government has taken the issue seriously and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has instructed to take stringent actions against culprits.

Mr Tripathi said that education department officials were instructed to conduct investigations in their districts if Islamic culture is being followed in government schools. In same reference it was instructed that Deoria education department officials should take actions against persons who tried to impose Islamic culture in government primary schools.
