Is he a 'chowkidar' or 'shehenshah' from Delhi: Priyanka's jibe at Modi

New Delhi, Apr 23 (UNI) Taking a jibe at Prme Minister Narendra Modi on drinking water being poured on the streets of Banda despite severe drought in the Bundelkhand region, congress leader and AICC General secretary incharge for Uttar Pradesh east Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Tuesday asked whether he is a "chowkidar" or a "shehenshah" from Delhi.
In a post on social media, Priyanka, referring to arrangements to welcome the PM in Banda in Uttar Pradesh, where he is scheduled to address an election rally later this week, said, ''when the entire Bundelkhand, the men and women living there, the school children , crops and all living beings, are facing severe drought, drinking water from tankers is being poured on the streets of Banda to welcome our Prime Minister. Is he the chowkidar or a shehenshah arriving from Delhi.''
Priyanka Gandhi also posted a video of water being poured on the street from a tanker.
Banda goes to the polls in the fifth phase on May 6.
