IRB Infra bags NHAI project in Rajasthan

Mumbai, Sep 21 (UNI)Infrastructure Major, IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd has emerged as a preferred bidder for six-laning of the Kishangarh-Udaipur-Ahmedabad section of NH-79 in Rajasthan.
The project is to be constructed on design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) basis under the National Highways Development Project's phase V (package-V), company statement said.
The section will be from km 90, near Gulabpura to km 214 at the end of Chitorgarh bypass, a total of about 125 km. The concession period of the project is 20 years, including a construction period of 910 days.
IRB has offered a premium of Rs 228.60 crore to NHAI in terms of concession agreement.
