Iranian FM Araghchi to address UN Disarmament Conference on Tuesday

Tehran, Feb 16 (UNI) Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi will speak at the UN Conference on Disarmament on February 17, Iran's permanent mission to the United Nations Office in Geneva told RIA Novosti on Monday.
"H.E. Foreign Minister Araghchi, tomorrow Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2026, will deliver his statement at the Disarmament Conference at 15.00 [14:00 GMT]," the mission said.
Araghchi is in Geneva for talks with the United States on the Iranian nuclear program, slated for Tuesday. A diplomatic source told RIA Novosti that the negotiations will be held at Oman's permanent mission to the United Nations.
