Iran to re-open holy sites to public after Eid

Tehran, May 21, (UNI) Iranian President Hassan Rouhani announced here on Thursday that Iran's pilgrimage sites and religious centers would be allowed to re-open after Eid al-Fitr festival which marks the end of holy month of Ramadan.
The Iranian president made these remarks at the anti-coronavirus headquarters of the country which saw the participation of several high ranking officials who are involved in the country's anti Covid-19 response.
IRNA news agency quoted President Rouhani saying that the holy sites would re-open but certain regulations need to be followed by the people.
