Tehran, Jun 8 (UNI) Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) on Monday said it launched a large-scale retaliatory operation, dubbed "Operation Nasr" (Victory), targeting the Israeli airbases of Nevatim and Tel Nof following Israeli strikes on Iranian territory.

The operation was intended as a direct response to Israeli military actions and highlighted the speed of Iran's retaliation as well as the range of targets selected, according to the statement.
