IPO-bound Imarticus Larning lauches Imarticus School of Finance & Business

Hyderrabad, Oct 8 (UNI) IPO-bound Imarticus Learning, one of India’s leading professional education companies, on Wednesday announced the launch of the Imarticus School of Finance & Business (ISFB), with an aim to improve job readiness among commerce graduates and prepare talent for 16 million finance jobs by 2030.
Every year, India produces over a million commerce graduates, but less than 10 percent are considered ready for finance roles. Most lack exposure to modern tools, applied learning, and global best practices even as the demand for finance professionals is expected to grow to 16 million jobs by 2030 across banking, fintech, and investment sectors, the Edtech company said in a release.
“India doesn’t lack graduates it lacks graduates who are ready for the changing finance industry,” said Nikhil Barshikar, Founder of Imarticus Learning and Chairman of ISFB’s Advisory Council.
We’ve built a school where learning is practical, industry-led, and globally relevant, he said.
”Located at Hiranandani Knowledge Park in Powai, Mumbai, ISFB will start with a three-year Bachelor’s in Finance & Business and will soon add an 11-month Postgraduate Programme in Global Finance & AI.
The school’s teaching model, called R.E.A.L. (Reflect, Experience, Apply, Learn), focuses on hands-on learning instead of rote education.
Students will take part in global immersions in Singapore with SP Jain School of Global Management, bootcamps at IIM Visakhapatnam, and grassroots projects under the Explore India Mission.
Practical training includes trading labs, M&A simulations, and industry case studies led by experts from IIMs, ISB, and Ivy League institutions.
ISFB has tied up with Ambit (Investment Banking), Motilal Oswal (Asset & Wealth Management), and Cognizant (Digital Finance & AI) to design industry-focused courses and projects.
A ₹25 crore venture fund, created in partnership with BLinC Invest, will provide seed funding to student startups.
For students planning to study abroad, ISFB has partnered with Ambitio, an AI-led platform that helps applicants apply to top global B-schools such as NYU, Cambridge, and MIT. Joy Parekh will lead the school as CEO, the release added.
Over the past decade, Imarticus Learning has trained more than 7.5 lakh learners, placed 50,000 professionals, and built a network of over 3,500 hiring partners, a statement said.
