Intermediate student commits suicide in Chittoor

Chittoor, Jan 25 (UNI) An Intermediate studying student committed suicide by hanging himself to a branch of tree as his parents admonished him for not attending college, at Daaram Vaari Palli of Mulakalacheruvu mandal in the district on Saturday.
According to Mulakalacheruvu Sub-Inspector, Prudhvi Raj (17) was studying Intermediate second year in a private college in B Kothakota.
As he did not attend the college for two days, the college management informed about this to his parents and the student’s parents admonished him for not attending the college.
Distressed Prudhviraj had committed suicide by hanging himself to a branch of tree near to his village which was found by the villagers.
The police who received the information reached the village and registered a case after sent the body to Chittoor Government hospital for postmortem.
