Instead of 'Act of God', Metro company adopting 'Act of Fraud' policy:Ranvijay

Patna, Nov 03 (UNI) Leading the labourers agitation against Patna Metro tragedy, AICTU-AICCTU national Secretary and CPIML MLC Ranvijay Kumar and scheme workers leader Shashi Yadav condemned the L & T company constructing Patna Metro tunnel for lodging case against the labourers.
Describing the accident as an outcome of gross criminal negligence in safety standards by L&T company, the leaders said here on Sunday that the company was shamelessly branding the rescue of the labourers as an 'Act of God' and alleged that the company instead of adopting 'Act of God' policy was actually sticking to the 'Act of Fraud' policy.
In the written settlement held on October 30, L&T's Patna Metro Project Head Alok Dey had admitted that the accident was a lapse in the company's safety standards and had also apologized for it, the leaders said alleging that now contrary to it, the company has lodged an FIR at Pirbahor police station.
