New Delhi, Mar 21 (UNI) Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) MLA Ranbir Singh Gangwa from Haryana
on Thursday joined BJP here in presence of the state Chief Minister Manohor Lal Khattar.
Welcoming him into party fold, Mr Khattar said he was 'impressed' by the manner the sitting
legislator has been pursuing developmental works in his constituency.
"His joining of BJP will definitely give a boost to the BJP," the Chief Minister said.
Speaking on the occasion, MR Gangwa said he was particularly impressed by the developmental
agenda of the BJP and the state Chief Minister.
"I was also excited about the kind of job opportunities the BJP regime has created in the state
especially in the rural areas and for the backward communities," Mr Gangwa said.
"I will be dedicated soldier of the new party BJP. Given the politics of Haryana as of today, I had no alternative other than to join the BJP," he said.
BJP media in charge Anil Baluni was also present on the occasion.
Mr Gangwa is a member of Haryana legislative assembly from Nalwa Chaudhry segment in Hisar and has been ex-member of the Rajya Sabha for INLD from 2010 to 2014.
