New Delhi, Nov 29 (UNI) An Indian Parliamentary delegation led by Lok Sabha MP Bhartruhari Mahtab attended the 143rd Assembly of Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) Assembly in Spain’s Madrid.
Mahtab participated in the discussion held during the expert hearing on the next Resolution of the Committee on the theme 'Rethinking and Reframing' the approach to peace processes with a view to fostering lasting peace.
He also highlighted India’s contribution to the UN 'Peacekeeping Operations' and the high level of professionalism shown by Indian Armed Forces during these operations.
