Indian Army joins PLA of China celebrating 69th Foundatin Day

Gangtok, Oct 2 (UNI) On invitation of People’s Liberation Army, Indian Army personnel with Major General NS Rajasubramani, General officer Commanding, took part in the Chinese Foundation Day celebrations.
The function on September 30 was marked by People’s Liberation Army's cultural presentations and the Indian Army representatives at Nathula pass.The 69th Foundation Day celebrations also included a meeting for improving cordial relations further.
The Chinese celebrate the National Day formally on October 1. It was on October 1,1949 that China was declared 'People's Republic'.
