The BJP sought a detailed and 'balanced' debate on the issue even as it claimed the people have been 'indifferent' to Bharat Bandh as they understand that the 'temporary' phenomenon is due to global factors.
"There should be a detailed and balanced debate on the issue...People have remained indifferent to Bharat Bandh as they understand that the 'temporary' phenomenon is due to factors beyond the control of Government of India," Mr Prasad told mediapersons here.
Mr Prasad lamented that there was a death of a young girl in Bihar because the ambulance could not operate in view of the bandh.
