India win 11 golds in athletics on day 3 at SAG; Jauna, Dharun grab two each

Guwahati, Feb 11 (UNI) Jauna Murmu and Dharun A led the goldrush for India on day 3 of field and track events at the ongoing 12th South Asian Games here today with the two winning two golds each for the host country, as India bagged total 11 golds in athletics.
India's Ranjith Maheswari secured the gold in triple jump for men, setting a new SAG record of 16.46m, while L Surya bagged it in 10000m for women with a new meet record of 32.39.86 minutes.
Suman Devi bagged the gold for India in javelin throw for women, while Om Prakash Singh annexed the gold for the country in men's shot put.
