Imran sees conspiracy behind proposal to set up constitutional court

Islamabad, Sep 18 (UNI) Imran Khan, the former prime minister, declared on Monday that the government intends to establish a constitutional court in order to circumvent the Supreme Court, media reports said.
After the latest Toshakhana case hearings at the Adiala Jail, Khan told media that the government is establishing the court because it is "disappointed with the Supreme Court."
He said that the purpose of the proposed constitutional modifications was to "extend my incarceration," and he added that the clauses would be bad for the future of the nation, according to Dawn.
