Impeachment 'ridiculous, greatest witch hunt in history of politics' : Trump

Washington, Jan 14 (UNI) US President Donald Trump has described his impeachment by the House of Representatives
on Wednesday as 'absolutely ridiculous' and 'continuation of the greatest witch hunt in the history of politics.'
'...it’s really a continuation of the greatest witch hunt in the history of politics. It’s ridiculous. It’s absolutely ridiculous,'
he had said in a statement on January 12, a day before the impeachment.
He said the impeachment was causing tremendous anger and it was a terrible thing that they were doing which was
causing tremendous danger to the country and tremendous anger.
'This impeachment is causing tremendous anger, and you’re doing it, and it’s really a terrible thing that they’re doing.
For Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer to continue on this path, I think it’s causing tremendous danger to our country
and it’s causing tremendous anger,' he said.
He, however, said he wanted 'no violence.'
'As far as this is concerned, we want no violence. Never violence. We want absolutely no violence.'
