IIITM-K to host International meet on computing and network

Thiruvananthapuram, Dec 11 (UNI) Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management-Kerala (IIITM-K) would be holding the third International conference on Computing and Network Communications (CoCoNet'19) from December 18-21, on its new campus in Technocity at Pallipuram near here, a statement said here on Wednesday.

The International Conference on Applied Soft Computing and Communication Network (ACN’19) would also be held along with CoCoNet'19, being organised in association with ACM Trivandrum Professional Chapter.

CoCoNet'19 provides a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Computing and Network Communications. The conference would witness nearly 1000 paper presentations by research scholars and students from around the world. CoCoNet'19 will bring together a well tailored and handpicked collection of eminent speakers from renowned institutions in and outside India.
CoCoNet’19 and ACN' 19 together feature almost 15 symposiums. As part of the conference, a panel discussion has also been planned on 20th of December by the Women in Computing (WCI), highlighting the importance of women empowerment. On the fourth day, the conference would conclude with a workshop organised by the Kerala Blockchain Academy (KBA) at IIITM-K, Technopark campus, Trivandrum.

Thiruvananthapuram, Aug 10 (UNI) Kerala reported 7 deaths due to COVID-19 on Monday whereas 1,184 people tested positive to the virus newly, 784 patients have recovered from the disease and 12,737 patients are under treatment in various districts, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said this evening.
