New Delhi, Sep 20 (UNI) Asian Games Gold medalist Bajrang Punia on Thursday said he will be forced to move court if he fails to get justice from Union Sports Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore for the country's highest sporting honour, Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna.
Expressing his displeasure over being ignored for the coveted award, he said, "All my hopes are now pinned on the Sports Minister. I will be meeting him tomorrow. I will ask him the reason for being ignored despite earning the highest point for this. If I fail to get justice from the Sports Minister, then I will be left with no alternative but to approach the court'.
Punia had bagged gold medals in Gold Coast and Jakarta this year. The Haryana grappler had also won the World Championship bronze medal in 2013 besides winning silver in the 2014 Incheon Asian Games and Glasgow Commonwealth Games.
