ICSE defers class Xth, XIIth exams

New Delhi, Apr 16 (UNI) The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (ICSE) on Friday said it has decided to defer the Class Xth and XIIth board examination in the light of the nationwide surge in Covid-19 cases.
The ICSE said the final decision on the conduct of the examination will be taken on June 1, 2021.
As per the official statement of the board, the examinations for Class XIIth will be conducted at a later date but Class X students can either write the offline examinations with Xth students or can opt not to write the examination.
