ICICI Home Finance launches ‘Maha Loan Festival’

Kolkata, Nov 04 (UNI) ICICI Home Finance (ICICI HFC) has announced its ‘Maha Loan Festival’ for the ongoing festive season.

During ICICI HFC’s ‘Maha Loan Festival’, loan seekers can avail of spot sanction for products such as Home Loan (Apna Ghar and Apna Ghar Dreamz), Gold Loan and Micro LAP (Loan Against Property).

To enable quick processing, ICICI HFC has made available local, branch level sanctioning facilities for all loan applications.

In this festive season, ICICI HFC is making home loan accessible to customers in the informal segment of the economy, such as carpenters, plumbers, small business owners and traders.

All those who wish to own their dream home can do so with ICICI HFC by providing minimal documentation. Customers need to only submit their Pan Card, Aadhar Card and Bank statements of past six months. Businessmen and traders in need of urgent financial assistance can avail of Gold Loan disbursements in just one branch visit.

The Gold Loan scheme offers features such as bullet repayment, fixed interest rate throughout the loan tenure and foreclosure payment option.

Home loan seekers can avail a subsidy of upto INR 2.67 lakhs under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), a credit-linked subsidy scheme (CLSS) for Lower Income Groups (LIG) and Middle Income Groups (MIG – I & II).

ICICI HFC has been observing all protocol as per MHA and MOHFW for the safety of its employees, customers during the COVID-19 period and undertaking proactive measures across its 139 branches such as temperature screening of all visitors and employees before entering the branch, ensuring safe distancing, sanitization of branches, placing hand sanitisers and ensuring everyone wears masks/ face shields.

Additionally all suspected cases among employees and staff are isolated till test results obtained and all support provided for quarantine/ hospitalization. Contact tracing is done to prevent further spread.
