Wellington, Jun 19 (UNI) The schedule for the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2021 has been announced which will take place in New Zealand from January 30.
The forthcoming tournament will comprise a total of 31 matches, including the semi-finals and the final and will run from January 30 to February 20, New Zealand Cricket (NZC) said in a statement on Tuesday.
It will be the fourth time New Zealand will be fully or jointly hosting the 50-over ICC tournament. Previously, they co-hosted the men’s World Cup in 1992 and 2015 in addition to hosting the women’s event in 2000.
