New Delhi, Oct 5 (UNI) Actor Ayushmann Khurrana who has created a niche in the Bollywood by doing unconventional cinema and has become a face of it, says he now wants to do Kishore Kumar's biopic.
The actor who earned fame with 'Vicky Donor', said that he would love to play legendary singer Kishore Kumar, if a biopic is made on him.
'I would love to do Kishore Kumar's biopic. I always wished to play a singer in a film,' Ayushmann, who was in the national capital to promote his recent outing 'Andhadhun' told UNI.
Ayushmann started his career on the small screen as a VJ, and won hearts of the millennials with his melodious voice in 'Pani Da Rang'.
Kishore Kumar was a playback singer, actor, lyricist, composer, producer, director, and screenwriter.
On the work front, Ayushmann has recently portrayed a blind pianist in suspense thriller 'Andhadhun' directed by Sriram Raghavan. The film stars Ayushmann Khurrana, Tabu and Radhika Apte in the lead roles. It released on Friday.
He will be next seen in 'Badhaai Ho' directed by Amit Ravindernath Sharma. The film stars Ayushmann and Sanya Malhotra in the lead roles. The movie is slated to release on October 19.
