I salute land of martyrs and heroes : Kejriwal

Pathankot, Dec 2 (UNI) Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that this land adjoining the international border is a land of heroes and warriors as Pathankot and Gurdaspur have the highest number of recruits in the Indian Army who have sacrificed their lives while defending the borders of the Nation.
The AAP supremo stated this while addressing the Tricolor Yatra here on Thursday.
Reacting to Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi's call of black Englishman, Arvind Kejriwal said, "Mothers of Punjab adore their black son Kejriwal and sisters like black brother because my intention is not black and my the intention is clear." He added that AAP would form the government in Punjab and this black man (Kejriwal) would fulfill all his promises.
Responding to the remarks made by Chief Minister Channi about clothes and complexion, he said that ever since the announcement of Rs 1000 per month to the women of Punjab, Chief Minister Channi has been abusing him. Channi is referring him as the man who wears cheap clothes and is of black complexion. Kejriwal said that his complexion has turned dark as he goes village to village by foot amid scorching heat.
On the occasion, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia congratulated the people of Pathankot and Punjab for the massive Tricolor Yatra and appealed to them to maintain the dignity and splendor of the Tricolor forever.

He said that after the formation of government in Punjab, AAP would provide better education system and government schools to the youth of Punjab than Canada and would add to the glory of Tricolor when the youth of Punjab will get high quality education free of cost.

It may be recalled that Arvind Kejriwal was on Thursday led a 'Tiranga Yatra' dedicated to the unity, integrity and brave warroirs. The 'Tiranga Yatra' started from the local Shaheed Bhagat Singh Chowk with a large number of AAP leaders, volunteers and supporters and ended at Dhangu Chowk on Dalhousie Road, passing through various markets of the city.
