Hyderabad: Zetexa, a start-up incubated at T-Hub launches new-age travel technology product 'ZetSIM'

Hyderabad, Dec 1 (UNI)Zetexa, a new-age travel technology start-up incubated at
T-Hub, launched the first of its kind travel technology product 'ZetSIM' in India.
It revolutionizes travel connectivity, says Srujan Yeleti, founder of Zetexa Global Private Limited in a release here on Sunday.
ZetSIM is a unique SIM card that can be installed with a click of a button on eSIM Compatible Android and Apple Phones, said Srujan.
The eSIM works in over 180 countries and gives unlimited high-speed internet enabling travelers to make unlimited WhatsApp calls, browse Instagram, and watch OTT on the go without fearing that the data pack will get exhausted.
The App offers limited and unlimited packs, suiting various budget needs, said Srujan.
For those without an eSIM-compatible phone, Zetexa also offers a Physical eSIM, ensuring the phone works with the ZetSIM App.
The best part of the app is that it allows one to top up a SIM card with any of the 180 country packs, and the SIM will work as soon as one lands at the destination. This eliminates the need to purchase multiple SIM cards for each country one travels to, Srujan said
At a landmark travel event held in Hyderabad recently, Zetexa unveiled its groundbreaking new app to a captivated global audience, marking a key milestone in the future of travel connectivity.
The app, designed to redefine how travelers stay connected worldwide, received an overwhelmingly positive response from attendees, highlighting the industry's growing demand for seamless, reliable digital solutions.
Moreover, ZetSIM eliminates the need for physical SIM cards, enabling travelers to stay connected with just a few taps on the app.
Whether for navigation, communication, or work, this solution guarantees seamless connectivity no matter where the journey takes them, Srujan added.
This innovation goes beyond technology; it redefines the experience of traveling in today’s digitally connected world.
It also caters to the emerging trend of last-minute travelers, especially prominent among Indian travelers.
With over 30 million Indians expected to travel abroad this year, spending an estimated $18.82 billion, the product is well-positioned to tap into this growing market.
Travelers face many connectivity concerns when traveling abroad, such as expensive roaming charges, poor network quality, or difficulty accessing the internet. With Zetexa, all these concerns are addressed.
It stands out as the country’s only eSIM provider with a dedicated app, empowering users to activate affordable data plans instantly across the globe. Founded by alums from IIT and IIM Amit Agarwal and Srujan Yeleti, Zetexa leverages over 20 years of the founder's experience in the telecom industry.
The founders have successfully launched multiple telecom brands for various companies in the past.
This blend of technical expertise and deep industry knowledge drives Zetexa’s strategic vision for simplifying global connectivity.
Zetexa’s solutions are paving the way for a more connected, seamless travel experience, the founders added.
Speaking on the scope of Zetexa, Amit said it also empowers businesses in the travel ecosystem, offering a B2B platform that enables airlines, tour operators, and travel agencies to launch branded eSIM solutions. These partnerships create new revenue streams and reinforce brand loyalty by delivering value-added services to customers.
“Our mission is to simplify connectivity for travelers while enabling businesses to thrive in an increasingly competitive market,” Zetexa Co-Founders Srujan & Amit said.
“ZetSIM ensures travelers can focus on their experiences without worrying about SIM swaps or high roaming costs," they added
