Hyderabad crossfire: Ministers, leaders, students welcome & support police action at Chatanpally

Vijayawada, Dec 6 (UNI) Ministers, leaders of various political parties, women associations and students in Andhra Pradesh on Friday welcomed the gunning down of four accused in Veterianarian Disha rape and murder case at Chatnapally of Shadnagar early on Friday and extended support to the police action.
Andhra Pradesh Home Minister Mekathoti Sucharita said that the police shot them when they tried to flee during reconstructing the scene of offence. “The law takes it own course. The police has taken the steps since the rapists tried to attack the police in a bid to flee”, she said in twitter.
Ms Sucharita quoted a verse from the Bhagavad Gita “Paritranaya Sadhunam Vinashay Chadushrutam”.
