Hyderabad: Aparna Constructions launches four new residential projects with Rs 800 Cr investments

Hyderabad, Dec 2 (UNI) : Aparna Constructions, a division of the Aparna Group, one of the largest and backward integrated real estate players in South India, on Friday announced the launch of four new residential projects in Hyderabad with an investment of 800 Crores.
Located at Osman Nagar, Aparna CyberStar, Aparna CyberShine, Aparna CyberOn and Aparna CyberHeights projects are spread across 15 plus Acres.
With this announcement, Aparna Constructions has successfully launched 7 residential projects in this fiscal, the company said in a release here.
Speaking about the new projects, Mr. S.S. Reddy, Managing Director, Aparna Constructions, said, “The residential real estate industry had an exponential growth rate in 2021 and the momentum is continuing even post COVID, especially in Hyderabad”.
Despite increases in loan interest rates, there is still a high demand for housing, cutting across age groups, he said at Aparna Constructions, we have registered healthy sales this year and with the four new projects we are looking at addressing the growing demand for residential properties in the burgeoning IT Hub in Hyderabad, he claimed.
Situated at one of the faster growing IT hub in Hyderabad, Aparna CyberStar will offer 232 units across 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK varying in sizes of 1328 sq. ft.-1839 sq. ft and Aparna CyberShine will offer 330 units across 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK varying in sizes of 1314 sq. ft.-1824 sq. ft while Aparna CyberOn will offer 163 units across 2.5 and 3BHK flats varying in sizes of 1465 – 1880 sq. ft and Aparna CyberHeights will offer 708 units across 2, 2.5 and 3BHK flat varying in sizes of 1345 – 1981 sq. ft.
