Hyd: Ramky Estates eyes Rs 2,000 crores booking value in fiscal

Hyderabad, July 5 (UNI) Hyderabad-based reality developer, Ramky Estates, a part of the 2 Billion USD multinational business house “Ramky Group”, and one of the leading Residential Realtors in Hyderabad with a significant presence in South India, on Wednesday announced its aim for a total home booking value in excess of Rs 2,000 crore in this fiscal against Rs 1200 crore in the previous year.
"We have a land-bank of 1000 acres across the prime locations of Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai and all are ready for development," said M Nanda Kishore, MD of Ramky Estates, in a press conference here.
Valued at Rs 10,000 crore, 15 Mn.Sft residential projects are under execution in Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam and Bengaluru and under pipeline, about 4 Mn.Sft projects, valued at Rs 36,000 crore at two each projects in Hyderabad and Bengaluru, he informed.
