Hyd: Police registers criminal breach against ex-Animal Husbandry Minister's OSD

Hyderabad, Dec 9 (UNI) The Nampally police have registered a criminal breach against former Animal Husbandry Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav’s OSD and four others under various sections relating to trespass and criminal breach of trust by government servants in animal husbandry here on Saturday.
Based on a complaint lodged by Animal Husbandry Department watchman Mandala Laxmaiah here, a case U/s 409, 427, 448, 477, and 109 r/w 34 IPC registered against five government servants and took up an investigation, Nampally SI K Janaiah said in a release here.
In his complaint, the 51-year-old Laxmaiah, who has been working for 3 years as a watchman at the Department of Animal Husbandry, stated that while he was checking all the buildings for routine work at around 1900 hours on Friday, he noticed something suspicious as the lock was opened in Ex-Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav’s OSD Kalyan office room.
