Hyd: HMDA to conduct e- Auction of open plots at Kokapet & Moosapet

Hyderabd, Nov 10 (UNI) Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) on Monday said it has proposed to conduct a Pre-Bid Meeting for the forthcoming e-Auction of open plots located at Kokapet and Moosapet.
Then e-Auction includes six plots in Kokapet NEOPOLIS Layout, one plot in Kokapet Golden Mile Layout, Kokapet (Village), Gandipet (Mandal), Ranga Reddy District, and two plots in Moosapet, Medchal–Malkajgiri District.
Developers, builders, investors, and interested participants are invited to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting to obtain detailed information regarding the e-Auction process, plot particulars, and terms and conditions.
Further details, including auction dates and registration procedures, will be made available on the HMDA official website: www.hmda.gov.in.
