Hyd: African national held for supplying Fake Indian Currency Notes

Hyderabad, Jan 18 (UNI) The Hayathnagar police arrested a 42-year-old African man who was allegedly cheating people on the pretext of supplying Fake Indian Currency Notes (FICN) here on Saturday.
Identified as Jacques Devalois Kit, a native of Cameroon county and resident of Bengaluru contacted people and promised to provide high numbers of FICN in exchange for genuine currency notes, police said here.
Jacques would first offer an original currency note and ask the person to buy something in the market.

Bengaluru, Feb 7 (UNI) State BJP President Vijayendra Yediyurappa on Friday said while the Karnataka High Court has refused to order a CBI probe into the MUDA case, it has not exonerated Chief Minister Siddaramaiah or his family.
Speaking to reporters, Vijayendra stated that Snehamayi Krishna, a social activist, had moved the Karnataka High Court, seeking a CBI investigation into the case.
