Hyd; ACB books DA case against Joint Sub-Registrar

Hyderabad, Jan 23 (UNI) The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), Telangana, has registered a Disproportionate Assets (DA) case against Kandadi Madhusudhan Reddy, Joint Sub-Registrar (SRO-1), Rangareddy, who is presently under suspension.
The accused allegedly amassed assets disproportionate to his known sources of income by indulging in corrupt practices during his service, the ACB said in a release here on Saturday.
The case has been registered under Sections 13(1)(b) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (as amended in 2018).
