Huge haul of drugs on Manipur border, 4 held

Imphal, Dec 16 (UNI) Security forces today arrested four alleged drug dealers along with 147 kg of narcotics and psychotropic substances, Yaba tablets, from Leinaganpokpi areas under Jiribam-PS, Jiribam district.
Police today said three trucks were used to transport the contraband items.
Police have identified the four persons as Faruk Ali of Barpeta, Assam, Santosh Patel (43) of Sagar, MP, Mafij Uddin of Kamrup, Assam and Hanif Ali of Bongaigaon, Assam .

EC orders strict scrutiny of documents in voter list revision hearings
