Huge consignment of foreign liquor seized in ‘dry’ Bihar, three nabbed

Bhabhua, Aug 25 (UNI) Police seized huge consignment of liquor from a vehicle and arrested three peddlers on National Highway 2 in Kaimur district last night.

Providing details, excise superintendent Pradeep Kumar said here today that 1814 bottles of foreign liquor were seized during night-long checking of vehicles on NH-2. He said three peddlers identified as Sonu Kumar and Saroj Kumar, natives of Karpurwa village under Dariganon police station area and Sajan Kumar, native of Ruiya village under Durgawati police station area were nabbed during the operation.
