HREA tribunal to take up various arrangements to ensure safety of advocates staff, litigants

Chandigarh, May 28 (UNI) Haryana Real Estate Appellate Tribunal will take up various arrangements from June one, 2020 till further orders, to ensure safety of Advocates, Staff and Litigants in the wake of the prevailing situation arising due to outbreak of Novel Corona virus, on working days of the Tribunal.
Stating this here on Thursday, a spokesperson of Haryana Real Estate Appellate Tribunal said that the chairman of the tribunal has issued the office order following which all types of cases, in which there is urgency, shall be entertained by the Tribunal.
However, the urgency shall be determined by the Tribunal by way of mentioning to be made through the official website of the Tribunal, he added.
