HP: 30 lakh dupe in fake IPO scam

Shimla, Feb 19 (UNI) The rising incidence of cyber fraud is taking a heavy toll on the hard-earned money of ex-servicman in Himachal Pradesh.
In a recent case, a victim was duped of Rs 30 lakh in a fake IPO investment scam.
State Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Rohit Malpani stated that a preliminary investigation has been initiated to unearth the scam and identify those involved.
