Shimla, Jan 27 (UNI) As many as 219 roads and four National Highway are snowbound and 382 distribution Transformer Regions are gropping in broad day darkness as normal life is derailed due to recent moderate spell of snowfall.
State witnessed two major avalanche in Tinku Nallah of Kinnuar district and Chandarbhaga bank of Lahaul valley also blocked by left bank avalanche. State Disaster Management authority spokesperson confirmed that vehicular traffic couldn't restored at Tinku Nallah.
In a detailed report released for media this morning, SDMA said NH-05 blocked at Tinku Nallah (Pooh) as including NH three others roads are snowbound and avalanche hit in Kinnuar district.
