Honda launches 'all new second generation Honda Amaze' in Kerala market

Kochi, May 22 (UNI) Honda Cars India, a leading premium car manufactures in the country has launched its ‘’All-New Second Generation Honda Amaze’’ in Kerala Market at a function here on Tuesday.

Launching the new product, Honda Cars India Limited Sales and Marketing Director Makoto Hyoda said that ‘’the all new amaze has been developed keeping the needs and aspirations of Indian customers in mind.’’

‘’It is a big promise from Honda and we are confident that the All New Amaze will become one of the strongest pillar of HCIL business. This model will create new excitement in the segment and will provide us opportunity to expand our business across markets,’’ he claimed.

Claiming that the country had wholeheartedly accepted Honda cars with their excellent performance and service, Mr Hyoda said that acknowledging the wide acceptability of Honda cars, the company would launch three models soon on Indian roads, which would help it to grab more sale in the future.

Stating that the company was planning to bring more modern technology and expanding its wings further in the country, he said ‘’we have already gained 23 per cent in Regional sales of Honda cars and we are expecting the sale to go up further.’’

‘’Our plan to have a revolutionary change in bringing down maintenance cost at the lowest level,’’ he said.

About the latest features of the new product, he claimed ‘’the all-new Amaze features the ‘’First in Industry Diesel CVT Technology’’ in the Indian market, offering powerful and effortless driving experience. This is Honda’s first diesel engine combined with advanced CVT, and India will be the first market to launch this technology.’’

Regarding the fuel efficiency, he said the new model will run about 27 km per litre of diesel.

The price ranger would be between Rs 5,59,900 to Rs 7,99,900 for petrol cars, while the price of diesel cars would be between Rs 6,69,990 and 8,99,990 on Kerala roads, Mr Hyoda said.
