HomeLane opens 3rd experience centre in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, Dec 7 (UNI) HomeLane, India’s fastest growing interior design company on Saturday announced the opening of its third experience center in Hyderabad.
The centre spread across 4000 sq.ft area, is a one-stop solution for home design needs of the tech-savvy locals of the IT Hub.
The design elements of the centre take inspiration from global contemporary décor trends while showcasing select chic modular solutions for the consumers on-ground.
According to JLL, Hyderabad has witnessed 74 per cent increase in sales in the first three quarters of 2019, as compared to 2016 in the residential real estate segment, making this market extremely lucrative for the interior design business, the company said in a release here.
It is also considered as the country’s most livable metropolis with sustained economic development, strong infrastructure focus and investment leading to real estate development in the city.
Various consumer-friendly interventions announced by the government in the recent past have also given a strong boost to the office rental demands, which has in turn increased the demand for residential real estate in the region.
HomeLane CEO and Founder Srikanth Iyer, said “Hyderabad is one of our largest markets from the business point of view, and this is our 3rd Experience Centre in the city since our entry into the market in 2015.
We have witnessed 3.5X growth year-on-year which is our steepest growth across all cities, he added.
Our new experience center like all our other centres, will also deliver technology-enabled and personalized design solutions for all our customers.
With this launch, we look forward to doubling our presence in Hyderabad in the next 12 months, Mr Iyer added.
HomeLane Experience Centre at Sarath City can host 20 exclusive design consultations per day and boasts of seven showcase units including modular kitchen designs, bedroom designs and kids’ room designs.
The designs are inspired by modern day consumer’s needs and showcases the latest trends in the home design segment.
