Home guard constable kills self

Gwalior, MP, June 23 (UNI) A home guard constable, who was posted at a senior administrative officer's residence, today died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound in Madhya Pradesh's Gwalior residence, police said.
According to preliminary information, constable Omprakash Yadav – who was posted at Divisional Commissioner BS Sharma's residence and was staying at the premises since the past few days – shot himself with his service rifle. He died on the spot.
The reason behind the incident is yet to be ascertained. The matter is being investigated.
