HKCDS at MANUU, NCPUL to hold National Seminar from Jan 29

Hyderabad, Jan 20 (UNI) Haroon Khan Sherwani Centre for Deccan Studies (HKCDS) at Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) in collaboration with National Council for Promotion of Urdu Language (NCPUL) will organize a two-day National seminar on “The Development of History, Science, Art, Culture and Civilization during the period of Kakatiya and Asafjahi rulers” here from January 29.
Indian Council of Historical Research (New Delhi) Chairman Prof. Arvind P. Jamkhedka will be the Chief Guest at the Seminar and MANUU Vice-Chancellor Dr.Mohammad Aslam Parvaiz, will preside over the inaugural session, HKCDS In-charge Director Prof. Naseemuddin Farees said in a release here on Monday.
Prof. M N Sayeed ( Bengaluru) and Prof. K. Muzaffar Ali Shahmiri ( Vice Chancellor, Abdul Haq Urdu University, Kurnool) will be the guests of honour.

'Jihadi activities' growing in Karnataka : Jagadish Shettar
