New Delhi, Oct 29 (UNI) History TV18 is all set to take audience on a very bumpy ride, with 'Monster Motor Challenge' airing on October 31.

What could be more American than trucks racing across rugged terrain? 50 truck owners from across United States compete in gruelling challenges that test their ingenuity and driving ability.

America and trucks go together, and since 1925 when the first American factory-produced truck rolled off the line, American owners have been devising ingenious ways to make them faster, stronger, and better.

Each episode features five drivers who battle it out using their own customised trucks and jeeps.

The drivers participate in three competitions, testing the vehicles’ speed, strength and handling. As the competition moves forward, two finalists embark on a three-mile obstacle course known as 'The Green Hell'.



The course challenges trucks and drivers to fly off jumps, climb a mountain of crushed cars, and drive through a snake-infested swamp.

Five trucks will enter to compete, but only one can win and take home the prize money and the winning title.

Helping them along the way are four experts in the off road world-- they coach, they build, they fix, but the one thing they can't do is drive.

These four experts offer tough love and their professional perspective on each contender's strategy and performance.

The show will be aired at 2100 hrs.
