Hindu Mahasabha to claim its place in Ram Temple trust

Lucknow, Nov 13 (UNI) After a long battle for Ram temple, Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha (ABHM) will claim for its place in trust going to be formed by Central government for construction of Ram temple as per directions of the Supreme Court.

UP president Peeyush Kant Verma here on Wednesday said a delegation of senior members of ABHM will meet with chief minister Yogi Adityanath to express their intent to be member of the trust.

Mr Verma said Hindu Mahasabha was litigant for Ram temple case and presented their case strongly in the courts. He said pleas of Nirmohi Akhara and Shia Waqf Board were dismissed while efforts of Mahasabha shaped up the verdict.

Earlier, at the meeting of party members, origin of the structure of temple was discussed. Leaders also discussed contributions of former members of the Mahasabha for Ram temple movement.
