Himveers ITBP successfully scale Virgin Peak 6889 meters in North Sikkim

Gangtok, Aug 19 ( UNI) The expedition of Joint Frontier level Indo Tibetan Border Police Force, also popular as Himveers, led by Deputy Commandant, Digvijay Singh was successful in scaling the Virgin Peak near Holy Gurudongmar Lake in North Sikkim.
The team was welcomed at Rajbhawan here on Monday with Governor Ganga Prasad flagging–in the team Pulkit. He had flagged off the team earlier on 26th July 2019 from Rabhawan itself.
The Team Pulkit scaled the 6889 meters peak on 14th August.
