Himachal: Polling party leaves for remote Bara Bhangal

Dharamshala, May 29 ( UNI) The polling party on Wednesday left from Baijnath for the auxiliary polling station in Bara Bhangal, a very remote area of Kangra district.Giving the information, District Election Officer Hemraj Bairwa told UNI that the Election Commission of India has permitted the State Election Department to set up an auxiliary polling booth for Bara Bhangal polling station under Baijnath (SC) Assembly constituency of Kangra district. A total of 469 voters are registered.
He said 910 polling booths and one auxiliary polling booth will be set up in Kangra Chamba Parliamentary constituency.
Bairwa said polling parties have been dispatched to set up polling booths in Bara Bhangal, a very remote area of Kangra district. He informed that the polling booth is located in Beed Government Primary School, where now 310 voters will exercise their franchise..UNI AR
