Himachal: BJP leader criticises Congress

Dharamshala, Nov 3 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh BJP General Secretary, Trilok Kapoor, on Sunday targeted the Congress, alleging that the party has gone into the hands of urban Naxals and described this as a part of a well-planned conspiracy and an attempt to create anarchy in India.
He said that the Congress party had promised to give about Rs 8,500 Khata Khat scheme, that is Rs one lakh, will be given to a woman of every family.
He said that there are about 31 crore families in India with a population of 140 crore and the Congress party had promised to give Rs 31 lakh crore, whereas, in last year's budget, the revenue income was Rs 26.80 lakh crore, what kind of promise was this, he asked.
