Shimla, Mar 20 (UNI) Inclement weather conditions prevailed as high reaches of the state experienced light to moderate snowfall and down streams areas were lashed by light rainfall which were also accompanied with hail and thunderstorm.
Met office recorded five cm snowfall at Udaipur in Lahaul Sliti district, Kalpa in Kinnuar four cm, Khadrala of Shimla three cm and Kothi in Lahaul Spiti two cm till 1630 hrs.
High reaches of Lahaul Spiti, Kullu, Chamna, Kinnaur and Shimla also recorded light to moderate spell of snowfall in the day.
